House Rules!
You're on vacation! We want you to have FUN!!! We have a few rules, they aren't too hard. We want to make your stay with us as easy and enjoyable as possible, but the rules are the rules!

There must be two guests, over the age of 25, present at all times in order to rent the house.

Do not overcrowd the house. Please provide names, ages, and license plates for all overnight guests. If you need help in renting a second house to accommodate additional guests, we can help you coordinate this. If there are day guests coming, please let us know to make sure that the house will not be overcrowded. This affects our septic system, and we don't want you to ruin your stay with septic issues!

Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed in the house.

The community prohibits vehicles parked on the street. Please park ALL vehicles on the driveway.

Please DO NOT park golf carts on the grass.

Motor homes, campers, & RVs are prohibited.

Loud music must be shut down at 10 pm on the weekdays, and midnight on the weekends. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Used charcoal must be properly disposed of and not thrown in the yard.

Do not throw fish, shrimp, crab, or any other seafood carcass in outside trash can.

Please be aware that there are two security cameras located at the house. One is located at the upstairs door. The second is located downstairs below the house.

Items left in house and not claimed will be donated to a nearby charity after 30 days.

We love animals, but unfortunately, no pets are allowed, unless they are preapproved. If any unauthorized pets are found to be on the property, the renter will be subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee and subject to termination of their stay without a refund.

Please use liners in all trash cans.

Do not drive on or tamper with dunes. Small campfires are ok on beach.

Glass containers are not allowed on beach.

Please leave house as you found it. Do not leave food in refrigerator. Unmake beds that you slept in.

There is a cleaning fee of $175.00 applicable to all guests. It the house in left in an unreasonable condition then additional cleaning fees may apply.

Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. We will offer early check in, IF it is possible.

We have a strict NO CANCELLATION policy with the except of an imminent hurricane directed towards Bolivar Peninsula, which results in a mandatory evacuation order for the Bolivar peninsula. Travel insurance can be purchased prior to check in as well.

A $200.00 deposit must be made to hold your reservation date. This deposit will go towards your balance, which must be paid one week prior to check in.

Any violation of the above rules can result in a complete forfeiture of all rent and deposits, and guests will be asked to leave.
